1)What is the minimum quantity of order at Walkingon.com?


Walkingon.com does not have minimum order quantity as long as the order amount exceeds US$99! Shop now!

2)How to use cash coupons?


The Walkingon-Cash-Coupons can be used in each next purchase, and each order only can use a cash vouchers.
You can get the cash vouchers in following ways:
A, You can get a $5 once you become to Walkingon’s members. (In the limited time , before 31/12/2016)
B.You can get a coupon after you place a order and pay for it , the coupon only can be used in next order.

A.When you open our website,you will see a pop-up box,you can sign in or register directly.


B.Click “sign in” at the top of our website, and you will see a registration interface, then click the “REGISTER” button to enter your information.


2)How can i do if forget password?


Please click the "Forgot you password?" on the loading page. Our website system will resend you the password.You can change the password after sign in.

3)How to get $5.00 coupons?

If you join now, you can get a $5.00 cash coupon as soon as you are verified to become our member.Moreover,finish email verification also can get a $5.00 cash coupon.The cash coupons can be used in your order for the amount exceeds $99.

4)What can I do if I can not register ?

If you can't register our website , please contact our service , we can register for you.

1)What should I do after make the payment?

When payment is done, please fill the information on "Deposit" after signing in.

If you pay by Western Union, the following information is needed:

3.The amount.

4)What is Declared Value at Walkingon.com?

Declared Value is very important for buyers.
Declared Value is showed on the Commercial Invoice, and local customs of buyers will charge the tax by declared value.

We can write lower value than actual value. It depends on if the buyer have a good ability to do clearance in customs. Some countries are very hard to do clearance in customs, for example: Brazil,

and the tax is very high. Normally we declare US$1.25/PC for most countries.

Before purchase, it is better to understand your local customs policy. For the countries or cities which are strict to the imported goods, we suggest writing higher declared value or actual value

for avoiding packages detained by customs. Please do communicate with our sales person before goods sent out.

5)After making a payment, can I change my billing or shipping information?

Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information. If you want to make a change, please contact our Customer Service
Department at support Walkingon.com as soon as possible during the order processing stage to indicate your request. If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship to the new

address. However, if the package has already been shipped, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.


SHIPPING FAQ

1) How do I change the shipping method?


Once you have placed an order, the shipping method should not be altered. However, you can still contact our Customer Service Department at www.walkingon.com. Please do this as soon as possible

during the order processing stage. It may be possible for us to update the shipping method if you cover any difference incurred in the shipping cost.


2)How do I change my shipping address?

In the event that you wish to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact our Customer Service Department at www.walkingon.com as early as possible during the order

processing stage to indicate your request. If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped, then the

shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.


3)When will I receive my items after I place an order?

The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method used. If the package cannot be delivered on time due to war, flood,

typhoon, storm, earthquake, severe weather conditions, or any other situation which cannot be foreseen or avoided, then delivery will be postponed. In the event of such delays, we will work on the

issue until there is a positive solution.

4) Does the product price include the shipping price?

The product price does not include the shipping price. The online ordering system will generate a shipping quote for your order.

5)How do I know if my items have been shipped or not?

When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. The tracking number is normally available within the next few days of dispatch and we will

update the tracking information on your account.


6) How do I track my order?

Once we provide you with the tracking number, you will be able to check the item delivery status online by accessing the website of the relevant delivery company.
